Beautiful Botanical Prints in Year 3

Year 3 have been exploring printmaking inspired by the work of William Morris and May Morris. They carefully sketched botanical designs after studying the artists’ famous patterns, before transferring and etching their ideas onto printing tiles. Using ink and brayers, the children created a series of repeating prints and were delighted with the final results.
